About DTM

Deep Tech Momentum (DTM) is powering the European Deep Tech Renaissance.

Our objective is to catalyse €100 billion in additional venture capital for European Deep Tech and facilitate 10,000 partnerships between corporates and Deep Tech startups by 2030. To achieve this, we are building Europe's leading Deep Tech innovation marketplace as an online–offline flywheel: a business intelligence and matchmaking platform powered by Europe's premier Deep Tech conference and early-stage investment activities.

Despite being a startup, DTM has achieved substantial traction in just three years. Over 70 Deep Tech funds, 50 corporate partners, and 1,000+ founders are already part of our ecosystem. Key partners include Lakestar, Vsquared, EIF, SAP, Elaia, HV Capital, Earlybird, OTB Ventures, IQ Capital, McKinsey, EWOR, Continental, BASF, The Exploration Company, and many other leaders shaping Europe's Deep Tech landscape.

DTM26 is six weeks away. We need firepower.

The Role

This is a short-term sprint contract running from immediate start through to end of June 2026, with the possibility to extend depending on mutual fit and business need.

You'll embed directly with the core team during the most intense and exciting period of our year — the final stretch before and through DTM26, Europe's #1 deep tech & AI innovation marketplace. You'll work across sourcing, content curation, operations, communications, and everything else it takes to pull off an event of this scale and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the founding team across partnerships, operations, and communications in the lead-up to DTM26
• Take ownership of project streams and drive them forward proactively with minimal hand-holding
• Support sourcing and content curation for the event and surrounding programmes
• Handle analytical tasks such as lead generation
• Be the extra pair of hands that makes the difference between good and exceptional
