Event Details:

• When: 12 February, the event is officially from 13:30-17:00
• Where: Munich
• What is my commitment: You will be asked to volunteer during the 11th of February for the set up of the event, along with 7 hour volunteering on the day of the event (12th of February).

You will support our Marketing and Comms team by capturing content at the conference.

🎤 Stage & Program Team

You manage the showcase of ideas and thought leadership, ensuring every speaker shines and every session runs smoothly.

🤝Matchmaking & Experience Team

You are the connectivetissue between SPARTA’s key stakeholders, partners, corporate leaders, startups, and investors, ensuring seamless interactions and high-impact programming.

Executive Support Team

You support senior VIPs throughout the event, from arrival to departure, acting as the bridge between leadership, production, and program teams. Your role is about discretion, professionalism, and precision.
