Event Details:

• When: Tuesday, May 13th - Thursday, May 15th
• Where: Napoleon Komplex, Berlin, Germany
• What is my commitment: You will be asked to volunteer for a total of 14 hours (broken up in 2-3 shifts over the 3 day conference, not including a volunteering briefing on Monday, May 12th)

You manage the showcase of ideas and thought leadership, ensuring every speaker shines and every session runs smoothly.

🤝 Program team

You are the connective tissue between DTM25’s key stakeholders, partners, corporate leaders, startups, and investors, ensuring seamless interactions and high-impact programming.

For those looking for an opportunity to delve deeper into the world of DTM - look no further. As a Volunteer lead, you will be the heartbeat of the Volunteer Crew, ensuring that every moment of DTM25 runs seamlessly.

You’re not just managing tasks—you’re embodying the DTM value and operating autonomously in the “founder-mode”. You will take ownership, guide, and empower your team to create an unforgettable experience for thousands of attendees.

Here’s the commitment we need from our Captains:

• 2 weeks pre-event: Active involvement in planning, team coordination, and training sessions. Don’t fret, there's some flexibility in this commitment to accommodate schedules!
• Full on-site availability: Required for all 3 days of DTM25 (May 13–15, 2025).
